    All things considered, I stay there for the people, not much else. It's easier communicating with a certain someone there (though we could make do with e-mails), I quite enjoy the Mass Effect 3 thread and there's several people that I have no other form of communication with. And an RP.

    Really, were it not for the ME3 thread I'd probably just go.

    ^^^Honestly, given that someone's demonstrated that the definition of deconstruction TV Tropes uses predates the site by at least 10 years, I'd say it's probably valid to call the trope that, as long as the article makes clear that it's not the only definition.

    I just read the essay linked, and unless TvT's def of the term became "Lolol, taking your arguments bit by bit and piece by piece and examining them throughly" then I don't see it.
