      I have no idea. I just know this as That One Salvador Dalí Painting With The Really Long Name. I first heard of this in the game The Island of Dr. Brain, which features an art-recognition activity. Dalí is one of the featured artists, alongside Picasso, Pollock, Kandinsky, O'Keefe, and Van Gogh.
