    My problem is this; regardless if it's drawn or live action, someone has looked at an image that represents a child and went "This is sexy". I find that repugnant. 

    Like with any type of 'Phile it can't really be helped. And so, I guess I'm not really blaming them, I mean, I suppose you're right it IS just a picture. But what about that guy who drew it? Someone out there had a train of thought that made him decided to draw child porn. 

    I generally feel that this deliberate action is what's morally wrong.

    It pisses me off that one person can ruin an entire legion of future conversations. I can see how we would never touch on school shootings if a troper did something like that, but just because we have one nutty attention whore doesn't mean every mental dysfunction is off limits.

    I think I should just make another Tnophelia proxy and release her into the forum. I have two but neither or them really fit the "create thread" kind of style.

    Hrm, I guess I never really noticed the problem myself.  Then again, that could be because everyone now avoids talking about mental disorders because of it.  The whole "one diseased piece of food ruins everything in the fridge" principle seems to apply to a lot of situations, come to think of it.

    If you think it's a good idea, go for it!  I'd make a sockpuppet or two myself, but I'm afraid I'll get banned again for doing so.

    Apparently Made Of Meat threatened to kill either herself or another troper in a private message, and that person reported it and got them banned. When everyone went "Where did Made of Meat go?" the drama ensued that, normally, nobody should know about.
