I haven't watched Symphogear yet, so......................... yeah.
Although I actually don't like Nana Mizuki all that much so I don't really even know if I'll be interested in listening to them...
I like Shining Days (the Mai-HiME OP) and Chiisa na Hoshi ga Oriru Toki (a Mai-HiME insert song) so I might want to check out more of Minami Kuribayashi's music.
In the meantime, I'm enjoying savage genius's music quite a bit.
BLASPHEMER
For anime music I actually own actual legitimate physical copies of, I unfortunately only have some Lucky Star singles (the ones that came with the R1 DVDs) and an Irresponsible Captain Tylor OST that I got for free for some reason.
For anime music I have on my computer though, I have most K-ON! music, all the Alien Nine music, a lot of Angel Beats! music, some (all?) of Brigadoon's music, some iDOLM@STER (like 4 Gb... >.>), and a bunch of random individual songs/albums from various series.
And Nana Mizuki was great as Rue, and equally great when she played Rue again when she was called Fate Testarossa, but I'm not really much of a fan of her music, I guess. Though I haven't really listened to much of it beyond what's in Nanoha and a couple other things I've seen.
I love Nana Mizuki's music, I have every single album and PV/MV of hers (And even a hardcopy of the Syncrogazer CD+DVD). I watch every show she's in just cause (except Blood-C...).
On my computer I have a lot of anime music in terms of OPs, EDs and Inserts, but only the soundtracks for UN-GO, Symphogear, K-ON, .hack//SIGN, Eureka Seven, Birdy The Mighty and Madoka.
...and HeartCatch! Precure!
So, Spoony's apparently been permanently let go from TGWTG.
^ I saw what happened earlier and even though I've never watched anything from that site that's still sad. Hopefully he'll get the help he needs.
Shit, I forgot about that somehow. Yeah, I have all the Heartcatch Precure music, of course.
I've been trying to do that with Aki Toyosaki, but honestly I don't know how I'll be able to put up with some of them... She gets a lot of shitty roles in shitty shows...
Fellow Sphere fan!
I do that with Nana, Ayahi Takagaki and Yui Horie.
Just marathon the horrid ones over a long weekend?
> .hack//SIGN OST
Sort of!
I want to say I'm a Sphere fan, but really I'm just a K-ON! fan, and Sphere has two of my favorite seiyuu from K-ON!. I don't really have much of an opinion on Ayahi Takagaki or Haruka Tomatsu. In fact, I don't even know what they're in. Other than Natsuiro Kiseki of course. Though, I'll probably get more into them in the future, once I start actually listening to more of their music or something.
^ After noticing the similarity between .hack//SIGN's ED and one of the songs in Madoka's OST, I can't help but think of the Madoka whenever I think of .hack//SIGN's music... >.>
...oh holy shit, I just googled it. Yuki Kajiura wrote the soundtrack for Madoka.
MUST WATCH
^ Despite knowing that, for a while I wondered why Madoka's music seemed so familiar. After a while, I was like "That sounds a bit like Noir. Oh wait..."
What spoilers could K-On, of all things, possibly have?
Jokes could be spoiled.
Jokes are mos definetly spoilable
The plot?
It has a plot right?
Alright, I'm going back to Shanghai for a week.
Bye, everybody. See you tomorrow.
Peace.
SPOILERS FOR K-ON MOVIE There are cute girls doing cute thingsin London
K-On! is the advent of darkness!
GAH! Wigs suck. I haven't even driven to the con yet and I already want to scream.
Well, in that particular case I was talking about what songs appear in the movie. I know it's not like a big deal but I'd still rather be surprised.
Clearly. Even though I imagine the plot is pretty much just "Houkago Tea Time goes to England and eats food and goes shopping and then they play music and also everyone is probably lesbians."
ENGLAND! YAY!
OH NO IT'LL TURN INTO BRATZ ROCK ANGELZ
Yuki Kajiura isn't overwhelmingly my favorite soundtrack composer, but I know that she does that "mystical"/"legendary" feeling really, really well.
My favoraite composer is Naoki Sato.
No this has nothing to do with Eureka Seven why do you ask?
England! That's a place I've been too, and a place American's seem to think I (and all other Scottish people) live!
australians know that the scottish live in ireland
or wales
it's wales isn't it
why would you name a place for cetaceans anyway?
