Jackie didn't want to think about that right now. She just wanted to sleep. She'd be able to make a better decision with rest anyway. But she held her tongue on that matter.
"Um. Right. Hopefully by then we won't have to fight an army to get in."
Ray nodded. "First order of business should be to get to the gym."
He then turned to Ray. "Go ahead. I can take all of our injured Pokemon to the center while you guys do that"
"What was the plan after that? If it's just a matter of talking to the gym leader, I think I ought to go to a PokeCenter, too. Or somewhere where I can get this bite looked at." It had stopped hurting and bleeding, but proper bandages would be pretty cool.
Ray sighed. He was so eager to get things done he had forgotten about the issues they faced. "I suppose rest and healing should probably take precedence. Besides if something happens at the gym. I'm sure it will come to our attention somehow."
"I don't think we all have to go to the Gym. Do we?"
Ray nodded. "I have no objections if Greg doesn't."
"I'm fine with it."
Ray nodded. "We'll head for the gym and you get yourselves healed. Come Greg. Let's see if we can find the gym."
"Shouldn't be hard. They're usually big."
Greg looks distracted.
"Is something the matter, Greg?" Ray asked, as he looked around for signs that might point to the gym.
"Hm? Ah, nothing too important, just...a lot of people thinking around here."
"Does anyone have any pokemon they need brought to the PokeCenter?"
"I think Littorio got a bit of a scratch."
Ray checks his pokemons' respective health. "They all seem fine, thank you." He then looked to Greg. "Is this going to be too much of a problem? Can you keep focus?"
"So that's that, then." Jackie borrowed Littorio (presumably. :P) from Greg and made her way for the PokeCenter. Wherever it was.
Ray headed for the gym, keeping an eye on Greg to make sure he was following.
Greg follows Ray.
"What."
The Nurse didn't even know what was going on.
Coming to the gym, after asking a few annoyed townspeople, Ray slowly walked instead the gym. "....Hello? Is anybody here?"
"Charles, slow the hell down." Jackie tried talking to the Nurse instead. "I'll fill you in more slowly later, but for now we have pokemon that need healing, and I was wondering if I could get a bite mark looked at."
There was no answer.
A path extended through a large swimming pool, leading to the front.
It looked like nobody was home.
The Nurse looked bewildered.
".. All right. How many Pokemon need looking after?"
He looked at the Nurse. "Uh... Robin is in bad shape... Dynamo could use some healing... Littorio is roughed up... Snow could probably go for a quick rest before having a panic attack... So four, plus whatever Pokemon of Jackies are injured"
Ray continued forward. Phillip was shivering, uncomfortable with all the water around. "It's alright, Phillip. Just watch your step and you'll be fine."
"Hello? I need to speak with the gym leader!"
