    Oooooooor, we could still use Cockatrice and create Tokens for the corresponding cards. Of course, it'd be sort of complicated and we wouldn't have an oracle text in the same window, and we'd have to have them in the same place, but it's relatively feasible. Just incredibly hard, annoying and hard.

    Anyway, one Evermod card coming up!

    There are other cards that move counters, but they all specify +1/+1 or
    -1/-1 or time counters or something like that.  You can't move just any
    counter and keep the counter's identity, such as moving a fade counter
    to a non-fade creature or a charge counter to something that doesn't use
    charge counters.  The only way to do that currently is with Giant Fan,
    at least based on my researching the idea a year or two ago.
    Actually, there is a non-uncard like that, though it only works on creatures. And, actually, Giant Fan doesn't do what you want, since it turns the counter into whatever kind of counter the other permanent uses or a +1/+1 counter.

    Hmm, I should splice in some blue to justify the tutoring ability, but it's still pretty good as far as I'm concerned. 

    I've been thinking of amking a banned cycle for completion's sakes, but it'll stay as an idea till i wake up from my nap.
