@ Kongs What if you use the King Kong that fought Godzilla? That one has electric attacks. Although I've never actually seen that movie, so I don't know how it works...
Sonic the Hedgehog vs Fox McCloud. Hand to hand combat (so none of the upgrade abilities Sonic can have, no guns or reflectors for Fox)

Yeah, I don't remember Sonic specifically being as fast hand-to-hand as he is moving from A to B.
With that said, it would probably still be a fair fight if you gave Fox his guns and reflectors, and Sonic was assumed to have spin dashing. Dunno who'd win without Super Sonic, though, since I'm unfamiliar with Fox.

Kamen Rider Wizard vs Ghost Rider.
Wizard. I don't think he's done anything bad enough to make the Penance Stare effective, and Wizard's skilled enough otherwise to be able to stand a chance against him, plus Blizzard is just overkill.

Fraction vs Remender vs Aaron vs Snyder in a cagematch to the death.

Aaron. Fraction would probably like...say something really witty and then do something bizarre like trying to punch someone with his feet and then be eliminated by Remender. Snyder and Aaron would stare at each other in a stare-off but Snyder would back down once he realizes that what he sees those tiny pupils do is expand. Expand for him after he stared back long enough. He would try to ignore the fact that what he saw those black points expand with...was love.
Leaving Remender and Aaron facing each other in the most intense beard-off ever since Moore vs Ellis. Sadly, Remender's beard is not as magnificent as Aaron's by virtue of it being non-existent today. Thus Aaron wins.
Alkthash: Ghost Rider might be stronger, but Wizard has a lot more variety up his sleeves.
Ultimately, the battle will go to whoever's flame is stronger; Hellfire, the brimstone flame of torment and wrath, or HI-HI-HIHIHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII~
