Again, I hate thunder storms. This is like the third or forth one this week.
^^ Slightly related: Last night, I had a sudden idea of creating a videogame where you play a teenager who runs away from home, and you immediately have to figure out your own finances, your own resources and living expenses, and stuff. You run away from home with a small amount of cash. You have some friends who might be willing to host you, but you can't stay at anyone's place for too long, so you have to quickly find yourself a job and a rental. And of course you have to feed yourself lest you faint/go insane/die from hunger. And you hope you don't get sick from walking around in the rain. Something like that.

It would be rad if you guys did an RP here that was a part of the same storyline, and the GMs eventually cooperated to join the two RPs.
Well you are using a student permit aren't you? If you aren't studying or can't declare a transference in case of expulsion then it's normally revoked.

Various members here have tried starting up RPs using various different systems over the last year or so.
As I recall, none of them got off the ground.

I don't want him to follow the advice of Martello, Barkey, Orcus or whoever thinks his even-minded and compassionate approach is annoying.

It'd be great if we could restore the relationship between these sites, because there are wonderful people on either one, and it'd be great if we could all just.. er, get along.
^^ Yes, but there's a fair chance he'll miss this page. The current situation at BTL seems like a pretty vicious dogpile at he moment, and Formal (you're Werewolf Militia, right?) has been the only one giving JHM any words of support.
That said, I advise against any further discussion of BTL at the moment. Let's try to rustle as few jimmies as possible and all that. I probably ought to have sent that last post as a PM in any case, so that's my bad, but whatever. Point is, I don't want any more pissing matches between them and us.

Oh, the RP thing was never an issue. Pretty legit suggestion, if IJBMers had the capacity to get their shit together for RPs.

Well, like I said before, it'd be totes rad if you guys did your section of the RP (Set in the same world) over here, with GMs cooperating in order to tie the two stories together.
Actually, what WOULD be a really cool thing is if you had something like, a multi-dimension RP where players from two or more different web communities don't ever see players from other communities directly, but their environments change based on the actions of other communities' players.
TVT just showed me an ad for Goodspeed Opera House's production of Rodgers and Hammerstein's musical Carousel.
A cross forum RP would if be interesting if we could pull it off.
