Hey.
Hey guys. Let's go to Mumu, tie everest to a chair clockwork orange style and force him to listen to Iron Maiden and Alice Cooper for hours. He either converts or break. Win-win right?
^, see ^^.
But I don't even have any Brutal Truth or Spawn of Possession on my computer yet!
I suppose I could rapidly upload Sleeping With Sirens's full discography.
But I'm actually still really sore from Dag, so I'm going to call it a night now, in the event that the Mumu suggestion is carried out.
Next time, Everest.
Next time.
I CAN SEE IN THEIR EYES
THEY'VE ALREADY DIED
INSIDE, BUT AS FOR THE OUTSIDE
I'LL TAKE THEIR FUCKING HEADS!
- - - -
Next time it is.
But no, I'll actually come in serious mode and try to discuss the merits of whatever you spam at me. While I counterattack with pop metal and techdeath
In other news, if I ever see someone asking me "Why's Black Widow's gift funny?" again I swear to God I'll murder the fucking earth and then hump a buncha moving trains
Well, why is it?
GRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH
Rocky IV is the movie where Rocky kills communism with his bare hands while James Brown sings his lungs out. And Black Widow was originally a commie spy, so...
Aaaaaaah.
I was gonna fill my post with a bunch of trains, but I'd have to resize them and probably bring them to imgur, and fuck that.
Honestly, Nick Fury's gift took me longer to get than Black Widow's.
...shaddap.
If I had seen any of the Rocky movies, I might have got it. It took me a second to notice the 3D glasses, too (the 3D on the box itself didn't really make it click for me). That's a pretty funny picture, though.
I have way too many mocking images, man
Regardless, the only one I kinda sorta didn't find funny was the chemistry one (As I figured it could be a gift for Bruce, anyway)
>using the movie lineup
>Fury isn't bald or black
This is actually pretty funny, it's not offensive (unless you hate excessive cussing).
guys guys guys
this cartoon is actually making me like hawkeye
what the hell
That feel when you mess up on the first part of a multiple-part calculus problem and have to do everything over again because you derived something wrong.
...I know that feel
but with wasp instead
Cartoon Wasp is amazing.
I wish they'd bring her back with her EMH costume.
I also love all the shoutouts the cartoon gives.
Like the AKIRA one in the first episode and the Predator one in the Kree sentry one.
I've always been fond of Janet, but I think the one who's gotten the best treatment so far is actually Hank. On the whole, though, the cartoon has managed to be surprisingly good while maintaining a cheesy, Stan Lee-esque sort of feel.
Didn't expect him to fake his own death to get a clean slate and another shot at changing his life
Bluh you guys are making me want to watch this cartoon. I guess it can fill the superhero void now that Young Justice has gone sour in its second season.
I recommend full heartedly, if only because it has the only instance of eloquent!Hulk I dig.
Happy birthday, Stormtrooper!
Guys, I have a question:
What other bands are there with Billy Idol-esque vocals? (subdued crooning, occasional bouts of shouting and growling)
Yo, Malk, quick! What Grant Morrison things should I read!
Have you read the Doom Patrol yet? We3?
(Only read We3 if you're ready to sob like a little bitch)
I already read We3. Doom Patrol's up in the queue.
quick quick quick what else
The Filth, Flex Metallo, The Invisibles, lots of people like Joe The Barbarian but I found it a bit too slow, New 52 Action Comics is good but up until issue 9 not very Morrison-y and lags at times...
Um his run on X-men if you don't mind an ungodly amount of wrinkles from Quitly being the artist. Seriously the man can draw distinct characters and backgrounds, it's just half the time his people look ugly.
I liked Joe the Barbarian a lot, but part of it was Joe going into diabetic shock hitting me really hard. I like I Kill Giants better though for the kid dealing with fantasy stuff and a messed up home situation though.
Flex Mentallo like I've been parroting for the last few days.
