A new TWEWY?
Subarashiki Kono Sekai... maybe?
Weird, SE has been hyping up the Final Fantasy Whateverth anniversary but made no mention of this. The music is nice and you can sort of hear Twister in there somewhere...
Somewhat excited.
YES.
Incidentally, if this sequel winds up being on the Wii U, that would make the Wii U a day one buy for me.
It's a Calling remix.
Not yesterday, it wasn't. The song changes every day.
The main change from what I can tell is that more layers/elements are added every day.
What are you talking about?
This teaser site. All signs point to it being a countdown to the announcement of a sequel to The Worlds Ends With You.
As Delta said, it updates. If you set your clock to Thursday, you'll get the full (to that point) thing. Dates after don't work.
Ah, I see...
The final version does appear to have a bit of Twister mixed in though.
Yeah, but it is still predominately Calling.
Oh, yeah, definitely.
I'm going to have to replay TWEWY now. It's probably the second-best title on the DS, and it's one of those rare games where every time I think about it, I think of another level on which it's brilliant.
What's your favorite, 999?
Yep.
Both of them are particularly impressive for the fact that they couldn't possibly exist on another system (well, not until the Wii U is out).
I'm really excited for Virtue's Last Reward.
I'm kinda sad that Virtue's Last Reward is multiplatform. The first game made great use of exclusivity, and it's too bad the sequel won't be able to do that.
At least Virtue's Last Reward is coming out in Europe.
Did 999 not? Ouch. That's probably the saddest I've been for an absent localization.
Just a suggestion though, I'd suggest getting 999 first even if you have to import it. It's a mystery driven game and would be absolutely ruined by knowing the ending before playing it.
Oh, I've played it. And conveniently enough, managed to hit the Safe Ending -> True Ending combo in 2 playthroughs, leaving me to pick up the other Bad Ends later.
I still find it funny that the true ending is called an ending when it's actually around the same length as te entire game up to that point.
So I have preordered Hyrule Historia a few days ago. January is far away, but I can wait.
In less pleasing news, Nintendo Power is going under after years in print.
I'm of two minds about that. On the one hand, it makes me sad because nostalgia. On the other hand, if I were to actually reread any of the issues I used to have, I would probably be unimpressed.
That track from the soundtrack came on shuffle and got me thinking about it again.
Personally, my favorite bit is the ending of Rannoch, though I might be biased because Tali.
But there's just something about the fleets arriving. Like... kind of a "holy crap, I did that" feeling that I haven't gotten very many times? And the music is perfect and there's just so many ships and then the destiny ascension shows up and the camera's all whoosh and aaaaaaaaaaa
True. It's pretty awesome.
Coincidentally, I'm writing about the ending of ME3 as we speak.
