No, sorry. You can only get Ralts in White, or after you've maxed out Curtis or Yancy's conversation thingie in B2/W2.

Well, yes. But as I am unable to get a Ralts, I am unable to turn it into a good catching Gallade for you.
For Axew...
Get rid of Azumarill. Axew can deal with Fire-types fairly handily, and your other Pokemon can handle everything else.
And if I caught you a Ralts (since I also have to get my Thundurus, so Sam's Tornadus needs to wait anyways)?

It does, but evasion's pretty obnoxious nonetheless. It's not even good, generally speaking, just annoying.
Smogon is not fond of luck-based strategies.

That's a pretty silly reason not to battle competitively.
There are plenty of equally cheesy strategies that are legal, anyway. (*cough*Baton Pass*cough*)
Actually the reason I don't battle competitively is mostly just that I have no interest in doing it.
I realize this is going to sound unfathomably stupid, but to me it kinda, runs contrary to the spirit of the series a bit.
Now, casual link battles, sure. I always try to win, but I don't do the math, and against any serious competitive player I would almost certainly lose.
