Well first of all it's just lazily designed. It's Sing, but technically Grass type and the notes are green. Whoop-de-doo.
More importantly, the Pokeranger with the Roselia outside of Nimbasa wiped most of my team with it. \
That thing hit five of my six Pokemon.
