Hmm, tough call. I was registered on the forum about a year before that, but I rarely posted anything and was basically a lurker. I only started actively participating in late '09 and early '10.

Either way, you were kinda more prominent than me (at least in IJBM), what with the always starting threads and all, so I think (though I'm pretty much guessing here) that people see me as a second Anonymous User more than they see you as a second Central Avenue.
