Dolan usually shows up in pictures that have the word "dolan" in them. He can't do so in this picture, because he is in the funeral home (dead).

Why is the 'don't come knocking' hanger on the inside of the door instead of the outside? Is this on purpose or is the cartoonist that much of a tardbasket?
It's because you wouldn't be able to read it from the perspective if it were on the outside and/or to make Clinton look even stupider.
That seems like a rather inefficient way to have the pilot board.
