Generally, like with Chagen, when you gain a knack for attracting trouble to yourself, someone has gotta go, even if it's you.
I'm really not surprised at this.
What is troubling is that he doesn't appear to have understood why he was banned. He was banned for being a dick, which is like at the very top of the rules list. And I do think that on occasion, he kind of can be. Mostly he was polite, but sometimes he would be quite condescending towards those he was arguing with.
Though I still can't really defend the ban, since I can think of other tropers who tend to be even more condescending.
only whiny pieces of shit with confrontational issues get all angry about people being "passive aggressive". Seriously, there is nothing wrong with it at all.
No offense.
Or was the tautology intentional?
EDIT: theremins
People tripping over that shit tend to annoy me because they are getting emotional/offended by something that isn't even a direct attack. It's like when swordfags bitch around about people using long-ranged rifles in wars to be "dishonorable" and "cowardly" for not being direct towards their enemy.
'spose you're both right.
Rott may have strange opinions; but he still was a good debater and a intelligent man. I hate how nerds try to shut down other opinions and make everyone hold hands. That's not interesting.
Erm, ninja'd.
Nobody was bullying you, you were being rude and stubborn, and people were calling you out on it.
