Is it wrong that that's the only part of that quote that actually bothered me?
^^It's a wiki about fiction. Productivity or lack thereof is irrelevant.
If such people are posting tedious, excessive stories on why they dislike something and devoting more time to venting their hatred on something that we most likely won't feel the same for, we don't want them here either.
Also, sorry turtle if I seem very opposed to you personally. I am not. You are perfectly fine and I like building with you on the Minecraft server, it's just my stance on blatant hatred bullshit is very firm since I put up with enough of it on other wikis.
Other than not allowing IJBM threads to sprout up on the forum, or for complaining pages to be hosted, I see no problem. In my personal opinion I enjoy reading things I like than personal anecdotes why a show sucked or wasn't so great when that stuff would be better off on a wiki devoted to it, or in a review, where it's perfectly fine to explain in great detail why a certain show poisoned your blood with melancholy and raped your childhood with a knife.
Edit: I have no personal stake in keeping Troper Tales around, as the
most interaction I have with them is having to split up the massive
pages due to the Big Page Lock project. I just haven't seen any evidence
to support the need to delete every single one of them en masse, as
opposed to simply deleting individual problem pages as they're
identified.
