    @Alk: you mean whose plans? The military wants to sell a piece of real estate that has not been in use for a long time. The buyer's plans may be that it's a nice location for a yacht harbour... but it does not strike me as the only use for such a place, if you know what I mean.

    While we were there, two of our group (both female) went out to get chinese food because they didn't like what the shisha place had on the menu. Apparently, while they were there, they actually took drinks from someone they didn't know and got fucking roofied.


    Thank fucking god they actually came back before the effects set in, but seriously.

    We think so. We got them into their room and into bed okay, and they passed out pretty instantly.



    We told them to call us if anything was wrong at all, and one of my roommates is going to go downstairs and check on them in the morning.

    That sucks, Forzabro. But whaddya know, my RA's said the same thing about taking drinks from strangers yesterday, only it was in reference to lax douches putting cough syrup in their jungle juice and hospitalizing sixteen partygoers. You just have to be careful, wherever you venture anew.


    Meanwhile, I've found that I'm beginning to isolate myself from people again, opting to forgo a LotR-viewing night to read more of Crime and Punishment.

    Yeah, "don't take drinks from strangers" was pretty much the one thing they really hammered into us at the alcohol session at orientation. I dunno. We thought they'd be fine since they're usually smart and they werent alone but...
