The point in FF4HL that I got stuck at is where your team splits up right after you go back to town and realize everyone's
stonedpetrified. I didn't see the split-up coming (though I was a bit surprised to get all four main characters that fast, but I thought that would mean it was designed like FF1 or FF3) and I didn't have an antidote on the two characters who stayed with me. Town shop is out of commission because shopkeeper is stoned. I have to wait until the next town to buy an antidote. And that's after going through the desert, whose sand worm can poison you. It doesn't go away with ending battle, or even dying....and I have to go through the second dungeon to get to the second town.
And are there any significant differences between Suikoden I's US and European releases?
"Jim McCormick refused to be interviewed for the Newsnight investigation, but told The New York Times that ATSC would remain in business: "Our company is still fully operational."[1] He told The Times that ATSC had been dealing with doubters for ten years and that the device was merely being criticised because of its "primitive" appearance. He said: "We are working on a new model that has flashing lights.""

This is the one moment where I do not know whether to respond with Tidus Laughs or Eggman Is Not Amused.
@Quality discussions: I know that Simon's Quest isn't a very good game, but I like it a lot for some reason. Seems like some cross between the cheesy dialogue and its ambition. I always feel that even if something turns out clumsy, ambition deserves to be rewarded because an attempt to break the mold could actually break the mold some day.
Probably why I also unironically liked Glen or Glenda.
