Twilight Sparkle had enough telekinetic power and dexterity to control Fluttershy's body like a puppet. Come to think of it, their form of magical telekinesis is about the same as having multiple levitating hands for practical purposes, so you could probably have something akin to invisible tentacle rape.

And this is before getting into other magical spells. There's magic to change appearances, grow new appendages, hell, there was even one in Boast Busters that was used to milk an entire barn of cows.
