They're not really unique considering that most of what you've talked about is "let's have a crossover between series A and series B and series C and series D etc.".
A few times you've gone into more detail about exactly how the crossover might work, and that's good. But unfortunately I don't know much about a lot of the series you mentioned, so I can't really give you any feedback about them, sorry. But actually outlining these things, and then building on them, would actually start to get you somewhere, in my opinion.
At least, it'd go a lot further than simply stating "a crossover between these series" and then stopping there.
Focus less on attracting attention, and more on developing the idea.

I don't do crossovers most of the time, and when I do they're either (1) my old idea as a kid where I basically just took characters from stuff I like, which is different from the stuff you like (though it seems that you're basically also doing this same overall idea of taking characters from assorted stuff you like), or (2) crossovers that are very limited in scope, such as when X character cameos in Y series temporarily, and these are not stuff I create but just stuff that shows up in what I watch/play/etc..
I'm not a fanfic writer, so I can't give you advice on writing either.

You've probably already gotten this advice somewhere in this thread, but getting super-bogged-down in the technicalities of how your story "works", especially how characters themselves work in terms of movesets, will in no way actually help with whatever story you're writing.
I mean, considering how long it's been since you last posted here, the fact that you're still working on this is something you should give a long think.

But honestly this really reminds me of one of the first fanfic-like ideas I ever had which involved basically me picking out characters from the various shows I knew of and giving them each their personal weapon (something like a staff or spear or sword which they could materialize magically) and also a set of powers to go along with whatever they were associated with. For example, Lance from Voltron had fire powers, and fought with a sword. I think I crossover'd Eagle Riders (the fact that I hadn't seen any more than a single episode didn't hold me back, as I just imagined details as I needed them...and learned about birds of prey in the process lol), Voltron, Pokémon, and maybe a smattering of Sailor Moon and Power Rangers and some other things. And I did indeed take a bunch of minor Voltron and Pokémon characters, so for example there's this robot scientist who's in one of the New Adventures of Voltron episodes, and so I gave her an oversized screwdriver as her staff-like personal weapon. And of course, all of these characters used martial arts when fighting, since I had been watching one of the various live-action adaptations of Journey to the West, at that time, as well as stuff like random Jackie Chan movies and also Martial Law.
Masonicon's idea is way more detailed with regards to exactly what powers each character has, whereas I pretty much freely "rewrote" whatever powers I wanted to onto each character. I never listed out any characters' powers the way one might find them in a comic book database.
I also never went into much detail about the characters' backstories.
Also there was another similar idea I had that involved crossover'ing a bunch of JRPGs. It involved roughly the same bunch of characters as above plus powers based on or inspired by skills/spells/techniques/moves from Pokémon, Final Fantasy IV, Super Mario RPG, and Chrono Trigger. So for example, Lance could cast Fire Blast (and that's "cast" since that's magic, as opposed to his normal physical attack with a sword). And you could have a JRPG-style turn-based fight against the Power Rangers, complete with boss music from the SNES game Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, and they'd use all sorts of neat-looking spells. Well, you could in my head, at least. And I thought it was cool at the time.
But yeah, these ideas seem kinda along those lines.
I have no idea what he means to do with them though. Does he plan to make a video game or a tabletop game where we could play with these mechanics? Does he plan to write a story where he makes these characters interact? Based on looking up "anitoonspiracy" things in a quick Google search, it seems he's basically just coming up with ideas for fitting the characters together in various interactions.
Which is cool and all but I really have no idea how to comment on/rate/give feedback on something like this. Particularly if I don't know where the characters/details are from. And even if I do, I can't come up with a meaningful response other than "I guess that's cool?"
I mean, I just usually don't have much interest in crossover stuff unless there's some interesting thing done with the setting to make it feel like it's not just an excuse to shove a bunch of characters together. Like, for example, I recently watched Into the Spider-Verse and that is an example of a crossover I very much enjoyed, because it all tied together very well. Otherwise, it often just feels like crossover for crossover's sake, like how it is here, or how it is in various power level X vs. Y "contests", or like how it is in something like that "The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny" video, which I'm not a fan of because it feels like a lame excuse to have everyone fight each other. (Yes I know it's popular. I still don't like it.)
I'm not saying that crossover thoughts aren't fun -- they certainly can be -- but actually trying to create a convincing narrative with them is a lot harder because very often the characters are tied to their circumstances and their powers and abilities are a function/feature of their universe and their surroundings. And furthermore, when you put someone in a new setting, you now have a lot of explaining to do, and either you do it badly or it's obnoxiously difficult.
here's the explainings that I does in my mega-crossover: when 01-02 Digidestined got Superpowers, I make Dark Ocean works lot like the Warp from Warhammer 40k (to be power source of their superpowers). Cyborg's absence from Animated Teen Titans(not TTG or DCUOAM ones) core team? I make Earth-Teen Titans another DC Universe that make Cyborg Justice League member. and so on
Also keep in mind that even genuinely interesting ideas often don't sound interesting at all when explained with words and need some sort of prototype to back them up (concept art, trailer, demo, etc.).
