    I suppose it depends on how well they execute the setting, and not just reusing it. 

    For example I quite enjoyed the Bangkok Hong Kong nightclubs in Deus Ex.

    So, as of where I saved last, I'm in the caves below the Society of Leopold's hideout with no blood, no blood packs and no ammo for anything but my worst gun.

    It's actually not that tough if you're willing to hide behind crates and wait to heal... just time consuming. Blood packs are still a good idea though.

    Right, this time, I bought points in Dex and firearms instead of Celerity, then did a few quests and bought the +1 to Dex item and six blue bloodpacks. Also sold my crappiest weapon to clear up a slot; I seem to remember being unable to pick up a fairly decent one. Let's do this shit.

    But this time, I've got a firearms rating of 9 instead of 6, full blood, six blue bloodpacks and over 120 ammo for my best gun alone.

    It says a lot about the fight that I can alt+tab over here and be fine.

    Edit because I already tripleposted: I wound up meleeing the sniper boss just for the hell of it.
