They had money for episode 18, presumably, but just not time. Anime production is a nightmare so it's no surprise that sometimes they don't have episodes ready by the time they need to air them.

I've thought about it a bit, and I think what these Tumblrites are doing is they're singing the lyrics into the text-to-speech converter on Google Search and they're posting whatever the "did you mean" bar comes up with in place of what they actually said. That's the only hypothesis that really makes any sense to me.
