Before I say anything, I do want to say that I am not sure which category this belongs in, as it is a religious homeschool, hence, religion may pop up as a topic of conversation. If the mods feel it appropriate to move the thread, I would agree most heartily.

I attend Alpha Omega Academy, a religious homeschool with an internet branch named "Switched-on Online". To call this place a school is the most damned lie I have ever heard.

Now, to explain my reason for saying this would take forever, so I will simply leave you with this graphic from science which...should...give you a good example of the school's manner of teaching. If any more examples are needed, I have entire lessons that I may upload.

Every subject except for math is like this, when it isn't being dull and glazing over everything like a middle schooler writing a report on the subjects you are supposed to be learning about. Or even just plain being wrong.

Math is just incredibly inept in its execution, especially when it comes to Algebra and Geometry.

Example: A question may be answered with either a mixed number or improper fraction. The computer will only want the improper fraction.

The school does not warn you of this in any way.

It makes for an incredibly frustrating experience, especially when your parents ignore the fact that the school is the problem because they paid money for the curriculum...

May I ask, where may I upload XPS files where everyone can view them? Or PDF files (even though they mess with the formatting)

I've also uploaded most of it to Megaupload, for someone on FSTDT, if that would work as well.
