I probably still won't watch it anyway.  Got no current interest in it.  And Starfire's and Raven's cuteness aren't enough to convince me.

Why should I watch it?

Well, for one thing, it has a very interesting myth arc. Great voice work, and great characters. It's also a nice take on Marv Wolfman's orginal run on Teen Titans (I still prefer the original, but this one has some really neat stuff)

The characters are really interesting. Especially Raven and IMO Cyborg. It's well-written, although dialogue can be a bit too comic-book-y (Heavy on expostion) and it has some nice animation.

Also, Slade is probably my favorite DC villain. At least, in terms of what's been animated from the DCU. -shrug-

Actually, though, I have seen some clips of TT and found the animesque to be a bit much for my liking--too much of the "western animesque" sort of stylized artwork, in my opinion.

Do what I did and skip the big names first. It's harder to like them and appreciate them at first. I went for Animal Man at first. It was a really fascinating deal. Especially as a statement on metafiction. (I mean, the guy meets Grant Morrison at the end. How cool is that shit?)

Of course, that is, if you're interested.

Well, I mean, I never liked things like face faults when they were in animé either.

i just happened to prefer the typical animé art style.

FWIW though I think TT is more like American cartoon with animesque features than actually animesque itself.
