    (blushes) You think too highly of this one. This one has thumped posts, does not have nearly enough empathy and social skills to avoid accidentally offending people and had lost her temper several times. A case can be made, were anyone interested in that.

    Still, this one wonders if most (not saying all, for there are some people who are just so nice that this one cannot imagine them being considered annoying by anyone. Pykrete, Bobby and LouieW are few examples) have done some or other ban-worthy thing, but by the grace of mods are forgiven...

    "Don't be a jerk" is very fluid. By definition.

    This one has done things that might cause others to consider her a jerk. Losing temper, derailing threads, being foolishly persistent in a tangential argument, not being sensitive to racial issues, bringing personal experience when not called for, being judgemental and self-righteous ets. Granted, this one honestly tries not to do this often, but it's not like there is any set quota...

    Beholderess: I've never seen you go off the handle or anything similar. You couldn't be banned--even when you slightly mess up, you're far too calm and polite to ever justify banning.

    I've had an account for a while, I just don't post all that often. I haven't had a lot of free time at work to devote to posting, and it's difficult enough keeping up with TvTropes.

    Though I think all the crazy Atheist vs Religion threads are mostly dead at the moment (save that one in Yack Fest), so hopefully thing will slow down there.
