Would you consider finding items and then showing those items to other characters to get different reactions gameplay?
I'd have to actually see what you're talking about in-context.
Ace Attorney?
Ah.
I do consider Ace Attorney a game. Just a very linear one whose gameplay isn't much to write home about.
Nova:
Crimson

GMH:

Delta:
Zudak (Who isn't here but whose knowledge and opinion appear through the magic of the internet)

OK, then. I'll just fire up an RNG and then see which games get chosen. I didn't eliminate reiterations because I figure that if a game is being recommended a lot of times, it is definitely worth looking into and all that. Thus, democracy, right?
@ClockworkUniverse: How do they differ from visual novels?
^ No, that's lottery.
They have gameplay. You search crime scenes for clues, question witnesses, present evidence and stuff. It's not a lot of gameplay, but it's gameplay.
hush
OK, first game to win the lottery is Analogue.
So we're playing
Cash 3Play 4Big 10?Oh, Quantum Conundrum is on sale.
I should remind people not to buy it.
It isn't the worst game I've played, but it's the most disappointing by a large margin.
Second game to win is Arma, but it seems to be mostly online play and I actually suffer from a very unstable connection. I could be wrong though so I'd like Charlatan to step up and talk shit about this game
Third game is La Mulana. GMH is probably grinning about this.
How many are you doing?
^^ARMA is only good if you like extreme realism, and military shooters, or if you want to play Day Z.
ten.
I just sold an article for 100 bucks and got three more offers so I'm feeling especially loose with my money.
Fourth was Dead Pixels. Fifth was The Binding of Isaac. Sixth is Vampire: The Masquerade. Seventh is Waking Mars. Eight is Spec Ops: The Line. Ninth is Torchlight 2 and Tenth is Terraria
Well, now that I think about it, Towns was almost as disappointing as QC.
These games are both excellent. The latter is probably my second- or third-favorite game overall.
Edited the post with all the winners. I am also getting Bastion and TWD for the hell of it, though.
Good. Now get your ass out of here and read [comic i love]
ETA: Also, I haven't bought them. I need to write the articles first so that I don't feel guilty about it. >_>
Along with CU, Vampire is one of my top 3 games.
Nothing has really excited me in this sale tbh.
The only thing I picked up was the Stronghold pack.
> Terraria
AWESOME!
Now to add you to my list of fellow Terraria players.
And I would have been satisfied with just Analogue and Terraria but there's La-Mulana on your list as well.
To get La-Mulana, get this bundle, which includes its incredible soundtrack.
Lone Survivor is on sale.
I haven't actually finished it, but it's quite a good horror game.
Lone Survivor is the best 2D Silent Hill game.

Flash Sales:
Oh, hey, Anno at a price I'd actually be willing to pay for it. Only took over a year.
Of course, the day I no longer need it.
^ Someone disobeyed Commandment 1.
Also, someone tell me if any of these games get massively discounted: Cherry Tree High Comedy Club, Fairy Bloom Freesia, Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams, Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet, A Valley Without Wind, and the Carpe Fulgur games (Recettear/Chantelise/Fortune Summoners).
Not even worth the discount price.
No, I got it on the PS3.
