  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.
...Can you do that in Ohio? I think everything would freeze to death.

Well, a winter garden is one in which it develops during winter, and then only actually grows in spring, so it's safe from the frost.

    Also, miniature greenhouses.
  • I think I'm gonna stick with my dollhouse project for now.

I think I'm gonna stick with my dollhouse project for now.

Thus why I did not recommend it as a hobby. While rewarding, it is very demanding in terms of effort to build, and requires a fair bit of knowledge and an inclination to learn more about the subject.

If I did recommend you something, though, may I suggest making model planes or whatever and painting them?
  • You can change. You can.
    So, finished the episode.

The horror aspect was annoying. Specially as the little dolls were the pinnacle of "eh" in terms of design. Many horror cliches didn't help.

However the family aspect of the show and the semi fantastical still worked wondefully. Doctor Who needs more episodes where the doctor inspires other humans to be better.

Next episode seems to involve Samurai!Amy in Wonderland. Wondeful.
  • I wish I was more creative myself.

I should probably try and think of more ideas instead of waiting for them.
  • I have ideas (for writing and such) but I don't know what to do with them.
  • MORONS! I'VE GOT MORONS ON MY PAYROLL!
^^^Pretty much my reaction. I thought the father and the mystery of the kid was really interesting and had a lot of classic Who stuff to it I liked. The horror stuff was pretty eh, but of course there were a billion 'OMG SO SCARY' facebook posts I saw.
  • I was scared by it -_-
  • They're somethin' else.
I've recently fallen in love with Satoshi Urushihara's artwork.
  • I am Dr. Ned who is totally not Dr. Zed in disguise.
    >We have chickens. Three. All female, apparently.

    Details Cygan or photos!?

    Awww, it's OK.

    You're only human.
  • Wait, who is Moerin again?
  • You can change. You can.
Dude who is apparently bigender and who doesn't post here these days.

Probably got tired of our bullshit.
  • $80+ per session
Moerin just got really busy with life in general.

Also, me getting banned probably didn't give him much reason to be here anymore considering I was the reason he joined in the first place.

Just got a message from the director who might be willing to be my adviser for the year. Yay.
  • Ohh, pretty garden.

I wish I had something to focus on like you do.

    Language learning!

Anyhow, classes restarting tomorrow, time for an internet self-exile. Will probably post on weekends.

    FLOWERS! :D

    And CHICKENS! :DDD

I want a pet chicken someday. My girlfriend says they are too noisy though >:

I also want a pet bunny. She says rabbits are too irritating and ferrets are better

...She has a point about rabbits being annoying but ferrets can be JUST as bad
  • I am Dr. Ned who is totally not Dr. Zed in disguise.
    > My girlfriend says they are too noisy though >:

    Cockerels are noisy obviously.

The hens can be noisy but mostly aren't.
(Mine will bawkawk loudly at about 10am outside my window as they are spoilt and want a treat.)

^ Not to mention that they are quite great birds (My uncle used to have some until the city forced him to put them down back during the bird flu scare. When they didn't even have bird flu. :()
  • I used to want to keep a pet pig.
  • I am Dr. Ned who is totally not Dr. Zed in disguise.

^^ The family had a pet pig named Wilbur once :D

We had to get rid of him when we moved because he couldn't get up the stairs D:

^ Yeah :< At least his doves didn't get put down. He depends on those for his magic tricks (he can even get them to play dead :D)

    Huh?

    Ohh, pretty garden.

    Thank you.

    ^^
If he had to get rid of the doves he could have made them play dead?
Has he been allowed to get more chickens?

    ^
    (Details or Photos of)Your chickens!

^^ I think he got a rooster to replace the hens
  • Fresher weekend was swell, mostly thanks to the weather. The study association blew a lot of cash on it since attendance was pretty low, but the ones who did show up can be used to fill the committees so it all pays off.

  • Gah, when I'm going to take a break from IJBM, something happens that I want to keep track of, then when it's done, something else happens that I want to keep track of, then when it's done...

Or maybe I'm just unconsciously looking for excuses to stay...

^ You're looking for excuses because you love us SO MUCH! :D
  • Kichigai birthday!!
Just saw the Adventure Time genderbent ep.

I was expecting a bit more of it to be honest
