SLEEP IS 4 TEH WEEK
^^ Pokemon Tabletop Adventures.
I'd be creeped out, but maybe it's just me.
I'd just gently tell him to fuck off. That'd probably kill the crush right off the bat.
...wait, no, experience, shut up, you know i'm right >:[
My concern is more that it's a spam account or something, honestly. I don't know how someone could have possibly developed a crush on me based on five posts and that Gardenia avatar I used. I mean, it would be one thing if they lurked this forum and saw how dashing I am for real. >.>
I don't use the forum much anyway, so perhaps I could pass off the notion that I lost interest (to be fair, I sort of have lost interest in posting there).
Flag said PM for harassment. It's not worth finding out whether it's a spam account or just an emotionally confused creep.
I wasn't planning on responding to it, but I suppose I could just try flagging it or something. Maybe other people have received similar emails. Oh, hey, apparently Lilian Oumar is already a known scam.
>refugee camp with internet access
>'rapping women'
Oh god, my sides.
Also, might be worth a listen to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TnQ0z13jCzs
Heh, you know what's funny?
I've often condemned my younger self as being a fucking depressed idiot. Yet, here I am. Feeling and acting just as that stupid mix of Raskolnikov and Hamlet that I fashioned myself to be all those years back.
Man, back in the day there was a PSL thread on YF.
Gave me the jibblies, man.
I now imagine the average troper with Irate Gamer's creepy perverted stare.
I have a dejá vù.
gee, wonder why
I skimmed the thread
and found some less than flattering things about people I know
[dumb joke]Just stay away from axes and skulls at least man.[/dumb joke]
So I was in Mapcrunch today and the very first place I got to was this
What a welcoming sight
Oh c'mon
Hey, it got a chuckle out of me. That should count for something, I'm the one that's bloody depressed.
"We go out and if there's no sign of the Joker, we come back here, have Christmas dinner and watch It's A Wonderful Life."
"You know, I've never seen it. Could never get past the title."
As annoying as Robin is, Batman can play off him wonderfully. Also, relevant, blah blah
>Buying printer ink
>There's one 10-pack of the cartridges I need that costs significantly less
>Most of the reviews are positive, but two of them claim it's lower-quality as the regular kind
>Spend twice as much money on a three-pack
And I'll never know if that was the right decision.
>robin
>annoying
You and I most definetly didn't watch the same Animated Series.
I mean, this is not "Holy whatevers, Batman" Robin we're talking about. This badass biker, flying Grayson, stone-cold-crazy Robin we're talking about.
And yeah, one of the things I loved about TAS is that they show Bruce's sense of humor and sarcasm. In a lot of ways, one of the things that I never got about most Batman adaptations is this pretention that a dark soul is completely alien to humor.
But he's radical nineties Robin. >
And makes terrible puns all the time.
I think my favorite is the Riddler introduction episode and Batman tells Robin "I don't know what's worse, the death traps or the puns."
Following on this convo tangentially
IJBM that Hollywood can't understand that whoever plays Batman has to play Bruce Wayne as well which is why Michael Keaton is my favourite on screen Batman
Batman is also prone to horrible puns too. As Protega would glady say, there was a whole JLA arc based around setting up a Batpun that makes the whole team recoil back in horror. Except Green Lantern cuz he's the shit.
^Bale is a much better Wayne than Keaton.
I'd like Batman played by Buster Keaton.
Is it similar in levels of groanworthiness as that Dr. Who special that existed mostly for the Master to make the worst pun ever?
I dunno that I'd go that far, considering the whole last appearance of David Tennant/return of the Time Lords thing, but shut up, that's the best pun ever.
Also goddamn it, I still haven't seen anything past A Good Man Goes To War.
