    At the very least, a ponytail looks a hell of a lot more professional than a messy bundle of curls, which is good when I'm hoping to get a job.

    I did prefer the curls- my ponytail looks a bit more masculine at the moment, and will until I can grow bangs and make my ponytail longer, which is annoying.


    But I also appreciate not looking messy, and the professional aspect helps.

    I can definitely understand the professional aspect. God knows I'd feel a lot more comfortable if I went for a job interview with my current, much shorter and neater hairstyle than the shaggy mess that was the last once.
