    The prof. uses a different grading system than everybody else (a 0-100% scale). I figure what I thought wasn't a passing grade was. Or he had mercy on me (which would be out of character).

    Buffy would have been perfect if it had ended in the fifth season as intended rather than giving us the whole "Buffy shouldn't be alive" metacommentary bullshit.

    I actually agree with you, I didn't like the 6th and 7th seasons (Faith's return and Normal Again ((I think)) nothwithstanding).

    I like some season 6 episodes. Tabula Rasa, The finale, but the whole season plot is so weak and filled with unnecessary angst and DRAMAZ that I can't help but feel that the show lost its charm then.

    Also, Normal Again is the one where Buffy thinks she's in an asylum.

    Mass Effect is an okay game, but probably my least favorite of the Bioware RPGs.

    Okay is probably a bad word. It's only okay in comparison to the other Bioware games. It's still incredibly solid. ME2 had a more interesting cast, though.

    The problem with Mass Effect, I thought, was just that it couldn't decide if it was a shooter or an RPG, and kind of sucked at being either of them as a result, since the gameplay was too actiony to be a fun RPG but also was too slow and... kind of awkward to be a good shooter.  The story and whatnot might have been good, but there's no way I'm playing all the way through a game like that if I don't like the gameplay.

    I dunno. I honestly found the mix to be excellent. It wasn't too much of either of them and it was basically its own thing. And the shooting never felt partcularly clunk to me.

    the Mako sequences still sucked, though.

    I liked all the buffy seasons. Some more than others, and they all had faults, but I liked all of them overall.

    Angel on the other hand...
