please entertain me I need friendsI got a LEGO Friends set recently, a Pop Star one, and the girl in the set reminded me of Barbie's character Kira from Barbie: the Princess & the Popstar, which is one of my favorite Barbie movies. That stayed on my mind for quite a while, even as I put the set aside a week or so ago since I don't really like cluttering up my space.
So yesterday I picked it up (along with some other LEGO Friends sets I have) and made a Stop-Motion Music Video set to Kira's song Here I Am from the movie. It's not very long, or good, but I made it.
I used normal LEGO minifigures because I like them better (and they have wrist-joints and separate legs). The hairpieces are from LEGO Friends figures though.
I've made a bit of stop-motion stuff, mostly music videos because they're way easier for me to envision since I tend to watch a lot of them. Another thing involved my Ever After High dolls and my first attempt at making clothes using a children's pattern book. That was set to a song from an episode of the TV show The Fosters in which they performed their own musical interpretation of Romeo and Juliet. So of course I also made a Romeo and Juliet themed video.
Anyhows, yeah, it's pretty time-consuming. Back when I was really into it I'd zone out and lose track of time, spending hours without realizing. The nice thing is that getting anything done is easy and quick, the hard/time-consuming part is making it look good.
I haven't done much 3D lately besides scripting, tho, so I think I might be getting rusty.
But like obviously I'm trying to learn to sew right now (sort of, too lazy) and also maybe get better at this stop-motion thing.
Lately zoning out has been hard for me, since when I'm working on whatever I'll put music on and I'm very conscious of when a song ends and another one starts* because I have to act like a lone WOTA* in my room whenever a new one starts.
*not an episode Solo joke I swear
*those sad, sad people who shout along to songs at idol concerts
^ I thought I knew who you were talking about but then a quick Google search made me remember that this is the internet and there are Blender porn artists everywhere.
Edit: Oh yeah, and apparently someone(s) tried to break into our home last night.
"Stupid donut milkshake, making me paranoid."
which technically isn't japanese but whatevaDo you know where can I read about vector field interpolation? (Like in wind velocities or something.)
Edit: Come to think of it, I think I know where to find some stuff about it.
in case it gets deleted:
in case it gets deleted: "The point of modern propaganda isn't only to misinform or push an

Also Nautica did a collaboration with a rapper called Lil' Yatchy and there is no way this collaboration happened because the guy even knew they existed before they found out there was a rapper called Lil' Yatchy.
Aside from that, I try to avoid dark colors or heavier fabrics that read cool/hipster because I always feel like that reads "I'm really cool and hip and stuff but also my choices are safely in the cynic zone where you can't criticize me."
This is clearly in defiance with my "I want to blend in so nobody notices I have Irregular Taste"-ness but I'd rather that than conform*.
*I mean that in the most vanilla/non-rebel way possible
