    I like Transformers for the same reason I love Power Rangers.  It's stupid and pretty bad quality, but I still have fun watching.

    Except the second one, that one can go eat a bag of dicks.

    Eh, it's because it's the norm. Most people wouldn't be proud to admit they like, say, Canaan. But I still watch it. Even if it's nothing but a meh Black Lagoon clone. Sorta.

    I know quite a few people who love it and don't think it's entirely bad. Haven't watched myself. The Magical Girl genre doesn't really call my attention.

    Nanoha is actually pretty good, I think.  At least the first season.  The second season is too much of a typical action anime and doesn't really have the things I liked about the first season, and I dunno about the third season since I haven't watched it.

    In any case, it's not actually part of the magical girl genre for more than like 5 episodes.  After about halfway through the first season it turns into an action series that only really is a magical girl anime in the sense that the main characters are girls that fight using magic.

    Breaking Bad is awesome.  Just finished the tenth episode of the second season.

    Ah, sorry, missed this.

    It's not bad quality, but it is pretty stupid. It takes itself far too seriously, the characters aren't very fleshed out, the themes are rarely explored in a meaningful fashion, the power levels soon reach frankly ridiculous levels, etc etc
