    An absolutely terrible movie and book starring one of the biggest Mary Sue's I've ever seen who just happens to be an alien with incredible superpowers, meets a girl and they instantly fall in love, etc etc. It's generic as all hell, badly written, badly directed, and it just sucks.

    The thing is, I was already sick of the way Tvtropes frequently ends up dominating discussions here instead of us trying to be our own forum. The fact that it's leading to animosity with the site as well is another reason to reconsider making so many of these threads.

    And everything that could be said about the site has been said a hundred times already.
