Better, Staraptor with Rock Head.
Rock Head is strictly worse than Magic Guard though. Magic Guard would be especially useful in this case as Staraptor is weak to Stealth Rock.
Why Blizzard? May as well go all the way and use Sheer Cold.
I think Hippowdon with Dragon Tail would be pretty cool.
@Icalasari: Pretty sure they aren't more banned then Magikarp with three abilities.
^ It makes perfect sense in my mind. Why not add a little addition that makes it hit those?

Roserade with Chlorophyll. I mean, none of its other abilities seem that useful to me.
Natural Cure is pretty good. Technician would be better if Giga Drain hadn't been buffed.
Leaving aside actual Pokemon for a second:
Items replacing HMs.
With eight different sets of Pokemon for each Gym, depending on how many badges you have when facing each.
Miracle Seed teaches Bullet Seed.
It is, but it seems wasted on Roserade. I only see Roserade as a lead to set up Toxic Spikes (lord knows that's how I use it. Love it, by the way), and it's not generally the sort to get statused, in my experience. Just beat down after it does its job.
It works for Blissey and Chansey because status is one of their bigger threats (besides a good ol' Close Combat to the face, of course).
Rest + Natural Cure is good if your opponent's carrying a spinner.
Hadn't thought to use that set. Might even be able to work it in, somehow. But I'm going to lay off of Pokemon tonight.
Not exactly a "change" per se, but I do believe that Gen V CAP 3 is interesting.
