From what I know, doesn't American law require lottery winners to have their identity revealed anyway? Or am I mixing it up with some other country?
^Not sure if it's an actual law, but they definitely do always reveal it so they can prove someone won.

Actually, it happened because the video card is bad and was changing the fourth bit of some of the letters.
