    To be sure, their rhetoric needs work if their intention happens not to be to want to sound like a bunch of self-important twats, but the idea behind a forum in which both heavy argument and shitposting is discouraged is perfectly fine. Those two are, after all, the main problems of YF.

    The supercilious attitude might die down when Spain & Co. are told enough times that parroting "This is a mature forum, act like it" is both juvenile and obnoxious.

    At the very least, I don't see how "bring your brain" equates to no allcaps, no embeds and no internet slang coined in the last decade.

    Spain Sun, oddly enough, seems to be opposed to the new forum.

    ^Honestly, the actual posts there don't seem so bad, but whenever anyone describes the subforum itself, they wind up insulting the entire rest of the forum.
