    Eh, different for everyone. As far as fetishes go, I'd consider stuff like rape, bestiality, paedophilia, incest, guro / snuff, etc. sick (i.e. sick in that it's disturbing, but all well and fine as long as no one acts on them). I also consider things like emetophilia, coprophilia, watersports, adult baby stuff, etc. sick, but a different kind of sick (i.e. a sick that I find acceptable but still squicks me out, if that makes any sense).
