* Chávez y la santería: Accusations (mainly from old people prone to hysteria) that Chávez and those close to him believe in santería (similar to satanism in public consciousness except it's also a real religion) and use government installation and assets to practice their rituals, juiciest of all is claiming that they've used Bolívar's bones for that.
* El vampiro de Galipan: Dr. Gottfried Knoche, guy involved in embalming research and who had a reputation something like that of a mad scientist a la Dr. Frankenstein. IIRC he's already part of your RPG project.

* Necrófilo de Holic: Urban legend about a necrophile who had caught a bacteria from fugging corpses, then transmitted it to a would-be (living) partner through kissing.
* Autobuses fantasma: I guess this? A story about a ghostly bus that take departed souls (plus whichever passenger unwittingly gets in) into the afterlife.

While looking through that I found this that no doubt will be helpful for your RPG project.

Also that image is how I learned about the Night of Tanks (tl;dr: what looked like a coup), which I feel I should've know since forever. As well as these things.

You know what? I don't know if it's intended to make him seem badass, but it does sound like it's intended to make him seem badass.

Kinda what I expected. Recently I've read that the earliest story involving a disappearing hitchhiker dates to 17th Century Finland, or something like that. (And that's not counting the legend of St. Christopher.)

You know, there's so many that sound intriguing that just let me know when you find an exhaustive explanation to the whole iceberg.
