It's actually really good. You can feel that Busiek and Pacheco thought the whole thing through and the attention to detail is amazing. I especially love this bit where DC's America's established to be bigger by virtue of all the fake and made up cities.

This ethnic mural is amazing. Gotta love the creepy grandma, the bongo-playing guy, the Indian family on a magic carpet and, my favorite, the white guy in a toga playing a sax.
