It's perfectly possible to point and laugh without frothing at the mouth.

It's only when the idiocy gets repetitive that it becomes annoying/depressing. Given the rich variety of stupid available via the intertubes, this rarely becomes a problem. That was me talking about the general gist of your post.
As for the specific poster in question, yes, a lot of it seems to be backed up by social-justice-mode anger. Which only ever becomes a problem if it is paired with an unwillingness to argue civil and to dismiss counterarguments with ur-just-privileged, both of which I have not seen happening yet. I won't make any statements about said person's happiness level since I have absolutely no way of knowing this.
