It looks like a really good zombie based game.

  • Thought this'd be a 9/11 pun.

Why what happened on the 9th of November anyway?
  • Uh....Bec is talking about the 11th of September.
  • No, he clearly said 9/11, November the ninth.
  • According to European dating, but America switches the Month/Day for some reason.
  • ...it was a joke, Chagen.
  • Well, since we all seem to agree that the European system is better. Let's use that.
  • a little muffled
The American way makes more sense. Who actually says "the eleventh of September" rather than "September the eleventh"?
  • ^^Never thought of it that way, but I've heard it that way before sometimes.

Remember remember the fifth of November?
  • MORONS! I'VE GOT MORONS ON MY PAYROLL!
    I lol'd.
  • When sorting records and whatnot, do British people still sort by month even though day comes first? If so, I hate to imagine what stuff sorted by day looks like.
  • I always say 29th of November 1992 when asked for my date of birth. ALWAYS.

    9/11 should be called 11/9.

It would be similar to 4/20.

    Which would make it 20/4.
  • If you must eat a phoenix, boil it, do not roast it. This only encourages their mischievous habits.

    People in Australia.
  • Fuck Australia, everyone from Australia sucks.

    ...Except for Kano.
  • People in every part of the world that uses that particular dating system I guess.

  • Dates should be written as 2001/09/11.  That way things actually sort properly.

I never got why the year was put last.

Looking it up, actually, it appears that the difference is that of British English and American English. British English users say "The eleventh of September", while American English users say "September Eleventh".

As to why the year comes last, it's because most countries use Little Endian or Middle Endian date formats.

  • Can you think of a day as belonging to a month, or a month as belonging to a day?
