    Wisdom of Crowds plays a part here as well if people realize something is wrong they'll look to alternatives and if they can't find any they'll make some. this is the market competition of pwoers. the new business will succeed by giving the people something the other one didn't. Usually because they start the business to correct an issue in the first place. yeah yeah "people can just buy them out" I refuse to sell honestly.
