Anyhow, I care because lots of fanart makes references to things that I can never know about, which bugs the hell outta me.
One of these days in the distant future, I will pirate it for an
emulator and have no one to play against.
Protip: It's free-to-play.
.....an emulator for what? Windows?
^^^Now if only I could actually run it.
Coincidentally, it is not free if you want it on the 3DS/Wii/whatever.
^^Well, I figure that just about everything that my computer can actually run is abandon-ware already, unless for some reason it is ESA protected. In which case I go to extra lengths. I really hate the hassle of bittorrent, so I avoid it whenever humanly possible.
Eventually, however, I will have a laptop which may very well actually be able to run stuff like Starcraft 2 (fan squee), which will be sooooo super awesome as I will fiiiiiiiiiiiiinally be able to get all those video game references. By then though, nobody will be making the references anymore, and I will be left out of something new...
Bittorrent is a hassle?
It's like... the most convenient way to download things. Unless there aren't any seeders, of course, but that shouldn't be a problem for popular things.
Also torrents just usually go faster for me, for new/popular/whatever-else-would-cause-something-to-have-lots-of-seeds things anyway.
(not really saying it's overpowered, but it is very useful when used correctly. Very useful.)
I have successfully killed 1 heavy with my Mailbox.
This.
