    How about 9v9 where the players can't play two of the same class at once? That is, one of each class.

    I've found that most games could really benefit if teammates coordinated more.

    For example:
    problem: double-sentry guarded by diligent engineers
    solution: pyro + medic + ubercharge

    Also, Payload Race would be a lot easier if everyone just made half the team push the cart and the other half would stop the enemy from pushing their cart.

    I remember one guy starting out a match saying that everyone should charge at command point B first, because it was easier for the enemy to defend and that we should capture it before they were able to build an engineer's nest and get a bunch of Heavies and Snipers in there. Most people went for command point A first.

    We lost that match, due to being unable to capture B.

    And yes, it bugs me when nobody is pushing the cart even though it's unguarded. The good thing is that a single person makes a difference and you can feel important winning the game for the whole team.

    I feel so good when I play Degroot castle as a Scount, and I win the game for my team due to being the only one who starts out by capturing command points A and B.

    Precisely.  If teams were willing to coordinate strategies, I bet you'd see teams being suddenly far more competitive.

    Hmm... anything that's not a milestone item will suffice. (Non-milestones I already have: Black Box, Crit-a-Cola, Mantreads, Buffalo Steak Sandvich, Boston Basher, Ulapool Caber, Persian Persuader, Eviction Notice, the Jag, and The Big Earner.)

    (Spare items I'm willing to give in return: Chargin' Targe, Scottish Resistance, Wrangler, two Razorbacks, Eyelander, Eviction Notice, and The Big Earner. Once I get the milestones for them, the Sandman and another Scottish Resistance. Plenty of fodder for Scrap Metal, if you'd like that instead.)
