I've seen it happen a few times. Still, it seems like unnecessary arguing, which is unfair to both sides if you really think about it.

To me, a person's fetishes are just that, something that the person gets off on.

I'd say that it's the victims' jobs to blame their humiliation and degradation on the rapist who harmed them, not someone who just happens to have a fetish.
