It's weird that people born in 1992 can be 18 (or 19, actually) now, because I still think of myself as a shy 17-year-old. Or rather, a child in the body of a shy 17-year-old.

I'm a children of the 90s because I grew up during the 90s, and most of my understanding of the world is rooted in the 90s.

For example, I still think about these things:
* gas at < $1 a gallon is considered cheap.
* I ought to find SNES, if not NES, games available for rent or pre-owned purchase.
* DVDs are still a new thing.
* 3D graphics are still a new thing.
* I still act like I only have about 12 gigs of hard drive space. Except when I'm grabbing large things, but whatever. Okay, maybe not. Maybe 30.
* Pokémon is still reasonably new. Voltron is still on TV.
* I'm still a Floridian at heart. Kinda.
