TV Tropes is EXTREMELY fast. At least, Yack Fest, Forum Games, and the former IJBM are.

Part of it has to do with the large userbase; part of it, the fame of the site; part of it, the extremely lax rules on shitposting, multiposting, avatars/galleries for showing off, sockpuppetry, the ease of account creation, etc..
