Well, they're at least better than the Candy Valley Fire Department. Extinguishing fires with high fructose corn syrup is kinda effective, but it's a bitch to scrub off the streets afterwards.

Though we wouldn't even need to do that if Mooberry Street didn't keep sending his goons to set our citizens' residences on fire.

So, to swap the font here, I made a user stylesheet with one line:

body{font-family:"DejaVu Sans" !important;}

A neat side effect of this is that the WYSIWYG editor now uses the same font as the posts (as opposed to the default scheme, where the posts are in Lucida Grande or Lucida Sans Unicode and the editor is in Arial)

It's pretty easy to learn. The hard part is remembering all the different attributes, which is why I end up googling them almost every time.

Incidentally, the only reason I have Stylish installed is that, many months ago, Meophist showed me how to use CSS to unhide the IP addresses on TVTropes.
