  • I'm not saying english is good in any way shape or form.  Just that some languages don't fit rules normally.
  • As a petty and vindictive person, I have to take extra steps not to appear petty and vindictive.
    English's problem has always been that, being rightfully ashamed of its deformed Germanic shape, it's taken to assaulting other languages to steal their words and use as a crude, skin suit-like disguise to get in with the cool crowd of continental languages, like French. It also suffers from the particular Anglo-Saxon malady of having no governing body whatsoever; nobody is entrusted with the charge of keeping English up to date - instead, the task is taken up by the worst people imaginable: Journalists.
