Oh it's there now. Of course.

Earlier I was getting a "there is nothing on this page available to your character blah blah blah" message. One I'm still getting everywhere else.

So does DDO incentivize alts in anyway? Like faster mailing items or money between alts or some linked leveling perks or whatnot?

There's a thingamajig you can buy to share items between alts on a server.

The main thing about alts is that there is a ludicrous amount of race/class combinations, and they all play pretty different.

eg. my Warforged Monk is pretty different than a monk of any other race, since he's a Warforged.

    To become a Premium player:
If you are a free player, you must purchase a point package in the Turbine Store.
If you are a VIP, cancel your subscription.

I am baffled once again by this company's business decisions. That's not a paraphrase, by the way, that's on their page.

I'm also kinda pissed, because I just dropped 600-odd points on an extra character slot foolishly thinking it would bump me up to Premium status. I would just buy more points to get the Artificer Class (which is all I really want here) but I keep getting errors when trying to buy through Steam, and I don't have a point card to redeem.
